REQUIREMENTS
Reader - CONUASS 06
- Candidates applying for this should possess Bachelor Degree in Nursing Science with not less than Second Class Lower Division, Master of Science in Nursing (with Thesis) and PhD in Nursing.
- He/She must be registered as a Nurse/Midwife/Public Health Nurse with th Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. He/She must possess Academic experience between 8 and 10 years in a university environment with specialization in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing/Medical Surgical Nursing/Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
Senior Lecturer - CONUASS 05
- Candidates applying for this should possess Bachelor Degree in Nursing Science with not less than Second Class Lower Division, Master of Science in Nursing (with Thesis) and PhD in Nursing.

Lecturer I - CONUASS 04
- Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer I (Project Management) must possess a B.Sc/BTech (Hons) Quantity Surveying, M.Sc/M.Tech Quantity Surveying or M.Sc/M.Tech Construction Management, Membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3 years of construction industry experience in Quantity Surveying practice and proficiency in the use of BIM.
- Possession of a Ph.D and relevant publication will be of added advantages
Lecturer II - CONUASS 03
- Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer II (Project Management) must possess a B.Sc/BTech (Hons) Quantity Surveying, M.Sc/M.Tech Quantity Surveying or M.Sc/M.Tech Construction Management, Membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3 years of construction industry experience in Quantity Surveying practice and proficiency in the use of BIM.

Assistant Lecturer - CONUASS 02
- Candidates applying for the position of Assistant Lecturer must possess B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering) degree from a recognized university; NYSC discharge or exemption certificate; M.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering) from recognized university with specialization in the area required; Scholarly publications in reputable journals and ability to proceed straight to the Ph.D. degree programme will be added advantages.
- Prospective candidates must be prepared to undergo the Ph.D. programme in a Nigerian University
Graduate Assistant - Requirements
- Candidates applying for the position of Graduate Assistant should possess first degree in Molecular Biology with at least Second Class Upper Division. Evidence of M.Sc.
- Research work in the field will be an added advantage.
Junior Research Fellow - CONUASS 02
- Candidates applying for the position of Junior Research Fellow must possess a Master's Degree in Phytomedicine or Pharmacognosy, and must currently be registered for a Ph.D. Degree in relevant subjects.
- Candidates with published articles in reputable Scientific Journals will have added advantaged.
